• 3+ years experience in a professional pizza or Italian kitchen environment
• Familiarity with Neapolitan dough techniques and wood-fired oven operation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

As a Front-of-House Server at Punch pizza, you'll be the face of our brand — delivering warm, knowledgeable service that makes every guest feel at home. You'll guide guests through our menu, take orders accurately, and ensure an exceptional dining experience from arrival to farewell.

• 1+ year of restaurant serving experience preferred
• Enthusiastic personality with a genuine love for hospitality
• Strong memory, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food allergens and dietary requirements
• Availability for weekend and evening shifts

Our Prep Cooks are essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen. You'll handle daily preparation of fresh ingredients, dough batches, sauces, and toppings — ensuring everything is ready for our busy service periods with uncompromising quality.

• Previous kitchen experience in any food service setting
• Knife skills and basic culinary techniques
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational skills and cleanliness standards

We're looking for an experienced Shift Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our front and back-of-house team, and ensure every guest leaves happy. You'll coordinate staffing, handle guest concerns, manage inventory, and maintain Punch pizza's high standards of quality and service.

• 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• Strong financial acumen — cash handling, reporting
• ServSafe Manager certification preferred

As our Catering & Events Coordinator, you'll manage the full lifecycle of private events and off-site catering orders. From initial inquiry to flawless execution, you'll be the primary point of contact for corporate clients, weddings, and community events — bringing the Punch pizza experience beyond our dining room.

• Experience in event planning, catering coordination, or hospitality sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
• Flexible availability including some evenings and weekends
